UAD Screenshot 5-Base Assault

After about a solid twenty minutes of putting Marines into the I-seriously-just-added-this-like-30-minutes-ago Guard Mode to build an army and fruitlessly attacking another Alien Base on the test map, I managed to destroy said Alien Base, captured the broken Human Base near it, use that to replenish my weak army, and then assaulted the main Alien Bases with 30-odd Marines. After fighting through the two Sentries guarding them (Sentries are new, too!) and the Aliens milling around in the 'courtyard', reducing my force by a pound of a fair bit, I put my remaining Marines into a circle around the Alien Bases and assaulted them. They tried to fight back, sending out Aliens and Alien Tanks in an effort to kill my army, but none of them got very far under the fire of about 12-13 UAD Marines, and ultimately the bases were destroyed. With Assault Rifles, dammit. Which left just the six or so Aliens hiding behind it. Said Aliens charged my remaining troops, and granted killed the one stupid Marine who was about halfway between the army and the Aliens, but he deserved it for flinging himself at the enemy. And with that, still in control of a significant force (For this game, anyway), I won the test match. I felt really good with that final still image, of 14-odd Marines firing at that last, brave alien scum.
